How to contact us
If you'd like to know more, or would like to make a booking, just phone or send us an email. If you are overseas, sending an email is the best contact method, as the time difference is not an issue, and we can respond while you are asleep!

Which trip option?
We can advise which of our two eco rafting adventures may suit you. Generally, we recommend our Half-Day option for first-time rafters and families (2 person minimum), and our Full-Day option for experienced paddlers (4 person minimum).

Since we are a small company, we only run one trip option per day. If you have a date in mind, we recommend making a booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and trip option. 

Booking
When booking, please tell us:

~ Your surname and first names.
~ The date you've chosen.
~ The trip option you've chosen.
~ The number of adults, and children (if any).

We will enter your booking in our trip diary and send you a confirmation email (if you book by email). No deposit is required. 

When you arrive
Simply phone us when you arrive, within 24hrs of your trip. We will answer any remaining questions and confirm your pick-up location.

What to bring
We recommend wearing soft footwear and light layered clothing. Bring some extra warm clothing in a daypack, and a camera, sunscreen, and hat. We will store your daypack in a drybag. If it's hot, be prepared for a swim!

Departure
We usually depart from the Log Cabin Information Centre on the Wanaka lakefront, but can also come to your accommodation. Pick-up prior to your trip is free within the Wanaka downtown area. Your trip departure will be subject to river, weather and road conditions. We return you to your departure point. You can keep that piece of gold you found!
